We wanted to answer some frequently asked questions many may have. You can also contact us any time with your questions or comments before placing an order.
—————————————————————————————————–
Q – What size are the backgrounds?
A – We provide backgrounds at a resolution of 1800 x 1000 pixels. This is a great size for most monitors and we always create them so they’ll look great even on very large resolution screens.

Q – Why does part of the image get cut off on my screen?
A – Due to the layout and fixed width of Twitter, screens at 1024 or smaller width will cut off some of the background. There is really no way to avoid this without reducing the amount of information included in the background. We can create backgrounds specifically for small resolutions if requested, but they may seem sparse when viewed on high resolution screens.

Q – Do you offer any large volume discounts?
A – Please contact us before ordering for large volumes. We can usually work on special requests such as this and offer special discounts.

Q – Can you use my logo or photos in your design?
A – We can use any image or logo in the design of your background as long as it is not a copyrighted image (unless personally owned)

Q – What happens if I don’t like the background?
A – We will work with you to provide a background fitting your needs and style. The process involves a few revision stages to help make it exactly as you like. Sometimes the final product is just not what you want and we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you’re not fully satisfied with the final product.

Q – Do you make backgrounds for other sites like Myspace, LiveJournal, etc…
A – Please contact us with special requests. We may be able to provide exactly what you need and will work with you on pricing and time to create what you’re looking for.
